The single greatest challenge of studio and 1 bedroom apartment living is storage. When designing small apartments, the first thing to be reduced is the closet space in order to fit in the staples: bed, bathroom, kitchen, table.

What if we didn’t need to make this sacrifice? Perhaps we would live a less cluttered life.

This is what the Pocket Closet aims to solve: the problem of all our stuff. Expanding at the push of a button or a voice command, the Pocket Closet opens up to reveal a full sized walk in closet to be jealous of. When you’re done changing (which only takes up 1/50th of a day), you can pack your closet away and liberate space for other activities.
