For WeLive Seattle, we wanted to imagine living in an apartment of a 22 story skyscraper, where the entire building felt like home. Where you could hop down a couple flights of stairs in your sweatpants to catch the game in the TV Room, a yoga class in the flex space, or cook dinner in a residential kitchen. Where you would run into neighbors regularly and learn about the meditation class on floor 12 or the pool party on the roof.

We envisioned a place that gave you just the right amount of privacy in your apartment while also encouraging you to explore the building for activities or to meet up with a friend. A place that was affordable, because you were willing to own less and live with less in order to have this kind of connectivity and adventure in your life.
